Oven potato wedges
Preheat oven to 400 F
Cut potatoes in half, then cut each half into thirds lengthwise.
Place in large bowl.
Combine oil and chili powder in small bowls. Toss potatoes in oil mixture.
Sprinkle with salr (if wanted).
Place on oiled baking sheet (easier to clean up if use parchment paper or lightly oiled tin foil).
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
I prefer these slightly over cooked rather than under cooked.
