Adapted from Roberto Santibanez’s Truly Mexican
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Season to taste with additional chile, lime juice, sugar and/or salt.
Serve with fish, seafood, steak, chicken, tacos, quesadillas or chips.
This salsa keeps in the refrigerator for up to one day.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
I found this recipe on the Weight Watchers website today. We had it tonight with grilled chicken, its awesome!! I would love opinions on canning it, I think it would be great to have it available during the winter and as gifts.
