Line base and sides with greaseproof paper and brush with more butter. Place all ingredients except fruit into processor. Run machine until contents are well mixed. 12-15 counts. Add fruit, run machine 3-4 counts. Stir mixture round with a spatula. Spread smoothly into prepared tin. Bake 1 1/2 hrs. at 180 C. (350 F).
