Spicy Grapefruit Cocktail: Grapefruit can be found in many cocktail and mixed drink concoctions. And it’s one of our favorite fruits for party drinks. The tart taste of this citrus is ideal with a variety of alcoholic beverages. In this case, we have created a wine cocktail that is made with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, lime, and chopped chili.
In a large pitcher, combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, dry white wine, and chopped chili. Mix well.
Place the salt on a small plate and run a lime wedge on the rim of each glass and carefully dip the glasses into the salt rub until coated.
Fill the glass with ice and pour the cocktail until 3/4 full.
Add rosemary sprig and grapefruit wedges. Serve.
If you don’t want this to be spicy, simply omit the chilies. Ginger would be a great alternative as well. Mint would also be nice in this cocktail.
