1 Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic and spices. Fry for a few minutes. Add the okra with 150ml/ 1/4 pt Water and bring to the boil. 2 Stir in the chillies and cauliflower and cook until tender. A few minutes before serving, stir in the cream and lemon juice.
