Spicy lobster pasta
Source: Bon Apetit
Cook pasta, drain (save 1/4 cup of pasta water)
Cook onions on medium low in olive oil until softened.
Add red pepper flakes and cook for a minute or so.
Add tomatoes and cook until they soften and begin to burst. Slightly squish the ones that haven’t burst.
Add lobster and stir for 5 minutes until no longer opaque.
Add garlic and lemon zest and stir for 30 seconds.
Add pasta water, stir and then mix pasta in.
Top with parsley.
