Toss shrimp with some olive oil, salt and pepper, crushed red pepper, minced garlic. Lay out on baking sheet and broil 3-4 minutes or until pink. Remove from oven and cool.
Whisk olive oil thru cayenne pepper together. In medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add shrimp and toss. Layer shrimp, lemon, and onion in a large glass bowl. Pour any remaining marinade over. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
