Prepare the Sauce:
Heat olive oil in large frying pan. Stir fry the onion, garlic and ginger for 1 -2 minutes. Add Soy Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar, and Chili-Garlic Sauce. Allow to simmer.
Prepare the "Linguine":
Set oven to 225 degrees. Remove skins from the zucchini and use a spiral slicer to create the linguine noodles. Set noodles on a cookie sheet coated with paper towels. sprinkle some sea salt over the noodles and cook for 20 min. Remove from the oven and squeeze any additional water from the noodles.
Add the shrimp to the sauce. Cook on high until shrimp is pink.
Pour sauce over "Linguine".
