Suggest a better descriptionHeat the sunflower oil in a large pan over a moderate heat. Add the cumin seeds and gently brown. Add the chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Stir in the ginger and chillies. Add the okra to the pan, ensuring all pieces are lightly coated with oil. Gently mix all the ingredients, and cook for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Add the coriander, mint, tomatoes and seasoning. Stir well and cook for a further 4-5 minutes. Serve immediately. NOTES : A spicy vegetable dish, excellent served with lamb.
