Melt butter in a lg. skillet, add green onions and garlic, and sauté until tender. Stir in cajun seasoning, and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
Stir in shrimp and whipping cream, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring often, 3 minutes. Stir in wine, simmer, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes.
Stir in linguine, parmesan, and crushed red pepper, cook, stirring gently, until heated. Stir in chopped parsley, serve immediately.
