These are good
Early in day or night before, heat oil in saucepan. Stir in pepper flakes and heat to bring out flavor. Add honey, and soy sauce. Stir to combine and set aside. Cook vermicelli in unsalted boiling water til tender. Drain well and combine with honey and soy sauce mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. When ready to serve, add cilantro, peanuts and green onions to noodles, toss and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Makes 6 cups
