Stir in the shredded zucchini and the well drained crushed pineapple.
Combine the flour,salt,cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg in a bowl or measuring cup. Mix in the raisins, nuts, or chocolate chips. Gently mix into the zucchini mixture just until blended. Mix in the cocoa if you want them chocolate flavored.
Bake in greased bread pans, or in muffin tins until tooth pick comes out clean.
