Suggest a better descriptionPrepare salsa, guacamole or both. Combine barbecue sauce, taco seasoning and water in Medium saucepan or Microwave bowl. Slowly bring to a boil. Add finely diced cooked pork. Stir to coat. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes or Microwave for 3-4 minutes on Medium. Stir occasionally. Arrange lettuce, cheese, cucumber, radish and olive slices on lg. platter. Spoon pork mixture, salsa and guacamole in indivudual bowls. Heat flour tortillas in foil in oven.
