Potatoes are boiled, then fried and spiced in this Indian side dish or appetizer. Serve drizzled with a mix of Coriander Chutney, Tamarind Chutney, Raita and fresh chopped cilantro.
1. Peel, then boil the potato halved in the pot until al dente.
2. Cut the potato into bite sized pieces.
3. Heat oil in the frying pan.
4. Add cumin seed, mustard seed, coriander seed.
5. Add potatoes and fry until soft.
6. Add salt and chili powder. Fry for several minuites.
7. Garnish with your favourite combination of fresh cilantro, tamarind chutney, coriander chutney, and/or raita.
