Cook onion in hot oil in large nonstick skillet over med high heat 8 min or until tender. Add garlic, and cook 1 min. Remove from heat
Combine cheese, tomatoes and onion mixture in large microwave glass bowl. Microwave at HIGH 5 min, stirring every 2 1/2 min. Stir in cilantro. Serve w/chips.
