Honey and Sriracha variation
1. Preheat Oven to 400°F.
2. In a large bowl whisk the olive oil, vinegar, honey and Sriracha to combine.
3. Add the brussels sprouts and toss until they are fully coated.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Place brussels sprouts on sheet pan, cut sides down.
6. Pour any left over sauce onto the pan and tilt the pan to distribute it.
7. Roast until the sprouts are crispy on the outside and golden and caramelized in the cut side about 20-30 minutes.
