Suggest a better descriptionHere is two recipes that came out in Family Circle and Atlanta Journal. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Coat a 9by12 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Layer half the onion slices in the pan, then layer the fish on top of the onions. Sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder. Cover with tomatoes and remaining onion slices. dot with Tabasco sauce.
