2. Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel.
3. Rub the salmon fillet in seasonings rub, then place the salmon on a baking sheet or rack.
4. Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
5. Garnish, divide into desired portions for meal prep and enjoy!
Tip: Cooked fish should be stored for no more than 3 to 4 days. If you really hate fishy flavor, marinade the fish for at least 30 minutes. Do not overcook fish. Often, the longer you cook it, the fishier it becomes.
