A tasty North African flavoured side dish.
Heat oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add spinach and cook, tossing, for about 1 minute, Add stock, corriander, cumin, garam masala and salt. Cover pot with a lid and cook, stirring occasionally, until the spinach is tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in chickpeas, cover and cook until the chickpeas are heated through.
Serve hot as a side dish.
