Suggest a better description1. Place the tomatoes together with the accumulated spices, in a food processor and process until coarsely pureed. 2. Transfer to a bowl and fold in the nuts and cranberries. 3. Serve on crackers or as a dip. (To store, transfer the tomato spread to a jar making sure there are no trapped air bubbles. Pour over a thin layer of oil to seal the top. Cover tightly with the jar lid. The spread will keep for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.)
