This is a twist on the classing tuna casserole.
- parboil the pasta
- combine coconut milk and mayonnaise and stir into pasta
- combine the tunas and stir into pasta mixture
- stir in vegetables, salt, pepper, cilantro
- place mixture into 9"x9"x3" baking dish
- sprinkle with paprika, green onions and chips
- bake for 20-30 minutes at 350F
