Mix eggnog, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract. Soak 2-3 pieces of bread in batter. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet over medium heat. Fry each side 2-3 minutes.
Place cooked slices in foil-lined pan and keep warm in oven.
