A great soup in the fall and winter
1)put olive oil in the bottom of a large soup stock pot . 2) sauté garlic celery carrots and onions until tender . 3) add spinach and break up . 4) continue to sauté till spinach is thawed . 5) add cream of chicken soup and water . 6) add chicken broth and chopped up rotisserie chicken .7) finally add tortellini and simmer , then serve
