Suggest a better description1. Stir spinach, cream cheese, garlic, garam masala, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper together in bowl.
2. Lay sheets of puff pastry next to each other on lightly floured counter. Spread spinach mixture evenly over each sheet (to edges) and sprinkle with feta. Roll each sheet into tight log, wrap logs tightly in plastic wrap, ad refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
3. Adjust oven racks to upper-middle and lower-middle positions and heat oven to 425 degrees. Line 2 trimmed baking sheets with parchment paper. Using sharp serrated knife, trim ends of logs, then slice logs into 1/3" thick pieces. Space swirls about 1" apart on prepared baking sheets.
4. Bake until brown and crispy; 25-30 minutes, switching and rotating baking sheets halfway through baking. Transfer swirls to wire rack and let cool completely. Swirls can be held at room temperature for up to 6 hours before serving.
