Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.
Put the garlic in a small dish and bake it for about 30 minutes or until it has been softened. Squeeze it out of the skin and discard the skins. Garlic should appear roasted and brown.
Chop up the artichoke hearts and the spinach. Combine the garlic, spinach, artichokes, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and the cream cheese in a baking dish all together.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake it for 30 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve it warm with tortilla chips or bread.
