Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Thaw and dry 2/3 cup of spinach. Dry with hands to squeeze remaining water and finely chop. Transfer into a mixing bowl.
3. Add eggs, cheese, herbs, and panko crumbs. Add salt and pepper as desired.
4. Combined with a spoon or by hands until a batter forms that can be molded into balls. If too moist, add slightly more panko crumbs until easy to roll.
5. Place on a non-stick cookie tray covered with baking paper.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
7. Serve immediately or cold with dips.
