Thaw and heat spinach in microwave. Drain spinach and squeeze out excess moisture. Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a large bowl by hand. Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and spread mixture into dish.
Bake casserole at 350 degrees for approximately 12-15 minutes. Visible bread crumbs should have a golden brown appearance.
