Thaw & Drain spinach
Mix w/cream cheese & 1/4 cup butter. Salt & pepper to taste
Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole (9x9)
Melt 1/4 cup butter, mix sage in with butter. Mix w/bread cubes & sprinkle over spinach
Bake 20-30 minutes until bubbly
7x11 when doubled; Thaw before baking if frozen
