Suggest a better description1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt & fat. Rinse with cold water; drain.
2. While pasta cooks, combine cheeses, spinach & next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Fill pasta shells with mixture.
3. Spread ¾ cup pasta sauce in bottom of 13"x9" baking dish. Place stuffed shells in a single layer in dish; top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 deg for 30 min. Uncover and bake an additional 5 min.
* To easily stuff the pasta shells, pour the spinach cheese mixture into a heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag; cut one corner off and squeeze mixture into shells.
