Begin cooking the lasagna noodles according to directions, until soft.
Melt 2 ounces of butter in large skillet or pot, add cubed chicken, mushrooms, and onion. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked, and the onion is softened.
In a separate container mix the alfredo sauce, cream of chicken soup, dry white wine, basil, spinach, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
Spread about 1/2 cup of the cheese/soup/spinach mix in the bottom of a 13x9 oven dish. add one layer of noodles, one layer of the chicken/mushroom/onion mix, and about 2 cups of the cheese/soup/spinach mix. Repeat 3 times.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and back for an additional 15 minutes.
