Cook or thaw the spinach, then squeeze it dry. 2. Mix the spinach with the mayonnaise, sour cream, green onion, and soup mix. 3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Authors Notes: Anything that tastes this good couldnt be good for you. Knorr brand soupmix is available worldwide, but other brands will work. one package, approximately enough to make a liter of soup. Serve with triscuits or a sliced baguette.
