We make this cold spinach dip for get together's and it's always a huge hit.
Stir together the Spinach, Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Chopped Water Chestnuts, and Chopped Green Onions. Cover, and then Chill.
While the Spinach Dip is chilling take the Round Crusty Bread and cut and 1 and a half inch from the top of the bread. Then cut out a circle about a half inch from the outer crust. Remove center, leaving 1 inch of bread on the bottom. Cut the removed center bread and the top slice into chunks for dipping.
After the Spinach Dip has properly chilled and you are ready to serve fill the bread bowl you made with the Spinach Dip put on a platter and surround the bread bowl with the bread chunks and serve.
