Suggest a better descriptionDrain spinach, and squeze out liquid. 1/2 t salt, nutmeg,egg, and cheese. Add enough flour to give it a firm texture. From into balls and put on a plate. Dhill 30 min. or more. Combine water and remaining salt. Bring to a ball. Cook the balls 8-10 min. or till they rise to the top. Serve with tomato or cheese sauce.
