Suggest a better descriptionIn a bowl, combine spinach, feta, onion, garlic, oregano, beaten egg, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Unfold pastry and spread spinach mixture over sheet of dough, leaving about a half inch border
Roll up from the shorter side, like a jellyroll. Pinch seam to seal.
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
With a sharp knife, cut roll into 20 pinwheels.
Lay pinwheels flat on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with egg wash.
Bake for 15 minutes or until pinwheels are puffed and golden brown.
NOTE: Spinach filling can be made into triangles; follow instructions for Mushroom-Leek Triangles.
