Suggest a better descriptionA quick and easy dish. Cooked chicken pieces can be added to the skillet with the pasta. Broccoli can be substituted for the spinach. 1 Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain. 2 Heat oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic, and cook for 1 minute. Add the spinach and the cooked pasta. Mix well, and cook for approximately 2 minutes, stirring often. Serve.
