Pulse 1/3 thawed frozen spinach (squeezed dry), 4 ounces cream cheese, 2 tbs each mayonnaise and grated parmesan and 1 small garlic clove in a food processor. Divide among pre-baked shells. To with sliced grape tomatoes and crumbled goat cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until the cheese softens, about 15 min.
