Recipe from my old index cards.
Combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, egg, spinach, salt, pepper and oregano in a large mixing bowl; stir well. Spread 1/2 cup sauce in a greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Place 1/3 of the noodles over sauce, and spread with 1/2 the cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, sauce, and 1/2 cup mozzarella; pour water around the edges. Cover securely with foil and bake at 350' for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
