Suggest a better descriptionSaute onion in butter. Add additional butter and make a white sauce with the flour and evaporated milk. Add cheese. When the cheese is melted, add spinach and any other veggies or mushrooms you like. Put in a casserole and cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 until hot and crumbs are slightly browned.
