Cook spinach according to directions on package. Drain and reserve liquor. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add flour, stirring until smooth, but not brown. Add onion and cook until soft. Add slowly, stirring constantly to avoid months. Cook until smooth and thick. Add seasonings and cheese which has been cut. Stir until melted. Combine with spinach. Put into a casserole and talk with buttered bread crumbs or slice. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes. This freezes well.
