1. Mash the potatoes and add cream, sugar, butter, salt, and pepper.
2. Then mix in: chives, dill and spinach.
3. Add garlic powder and Parmesan cheese to taste.
Place in buttered 1.5 quart casserole dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Can be made ahead and refrigerated. If made ahead, bake at 475 for 45 minutes.
