Cook Orzo according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water; drain and place in a large bowl. Meanwhile, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, garlic, and honey; stir well with a whisk. Drizzle juice mixture over orzo; toss to coat. Add chicken, dill, pepper, onion, cucumber, and greens; toss gently to combine. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve and enjoy!
