Spinach green pasta
1. Place flour and salt in food processor and turn on machine.
2. Add eggs and olive oil through feed tube, add spinach as mixture comes together
3. Process for 3 minutes as this kneads the dough.
4. If mixture is too soft and sticks to the bowl, add a little extra flour. If mixture is too crumbly add a few drops of cold water.
If the food processor is unable to cope with the kneading process it will have to be done by hand.
Keep the dough in cling wrap for 30 minutes in the fridge before putting it into the pasta maker.
