Add all ingredients besides Olive Oil into a food processor. Turn on the processor and slowly drizzle in olive oil until the pesto has reached the desired consistency. I should need to process for more than 15-20 seconds. Feel free to add more salt to taste.
Should keep for 1-2 weeks stored in an air tight container in the fridge.
Great for use on any sandwich, wrap, or pasta!
