Squeeze spinach dry and combine with ricotta, Parmesan, egg,
garlic, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper in medium bowl. Pour about 1
c sauce in bottom of baking dish. Lay cooked lasagna noodles out
on wax paper and pat dry with paper towel. Spread ricotta mixture on
lasagna noodles & roll up. Place seam down in baking dish. Top
with remaining sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella. Cover with foil
and bake @ 350o for 40 min.
