Salad: spinach, feta, onion, and spiced pecans
Spiced pecans: Toss nuts in oil to coat lightly.
Mix all dry ingredients together and sprinkle over the nuts, toss well.
Bake on cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes. Cool.
Dressing: Mix all ingredients in blender. Slowly add oil. (yields 1 pint of dressing)
