Suggest a better descriptionFor Dressing, whisk together the vinegar, sour cream, parsley, salt, dry mustard and olive oil. Set aside.
Divide spinach up among the wraps. Top each with cheese, mushrooms, bacon, onion and sliced eggs. Drizzle each with dressing mixture.
Roll wraps. Secure with toothpicks if necessary. Wrap in waxed paper and cut in half to serve.
