1. Boil the eggs to hard
2. Place olive oil in a pan and add chopped onions and garlic. Fry until onions are transparent and not brown
3. Add water and stock cubes to step 2, stir until the mixture starts to boil
4. Add frozen spinach and let it boil for 3minutes
5. Add soft cheese, Salt and pepper to taste and stir while it boils for 3 minutes .
6.Reduce it and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes
*Serve with the boiled eggs cut into halves
**Can also be served with garlic bread.
