Suggest a better descriptionhttp://foodnet.fic.ca/recipes/ - adapted Clean and halve peppers. Place in greased baking dish. Saute onion and garlic until onion is transparent. Add spinach and cook until moisture evaporates. Remove from heat. Mix in cheese, seeds, lemon juice, and seasonings. Fill each pepper half with spinach mixture. Cover and bake 30 min at 360F/180C.
