Preheat oven to 350
Place pie crust into greased pie plate
Drain Diced Tomatoes and set aside in a bowl. Add Parsley, basil and bread crumbs to tomatoes and set aside,
mix eggs in a bowl and add cream and cheese. Fold in spinich and tomatoes and add bacon, Pour into pie plate and bake for 1 hour.
