2. Zest lemon.
3. Put spinach in food processer and chop.
4. Add pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
5. Add olive oil.
6. Cook pasta.
7. Top with pesto and pine nuts.
